Bloom Consulting
Founded in 2024 by Jillian Helleloid, Bloom Consulting was born out of a passionate commitment to address the critical issue of pay equity in birth centers across Minnesota. Jillian, a dedicated advocate for maternal health and a strong believer in equitable healthcare access, recognized the growing disparities in compensation for birth center professionals—especially midwives, nurses, and support staff—who play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of birthing families.
After witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by birth centers in her home state, Jillian took action to create a solution that not only supports the financial sustainability of these essential healthcare facilities but also promotes fairness and respect for the hardworking professionals within the birth center community.
